Solomon sheds so goddamn much. Seriously, I pull three cats worth of hair off of him with the shedding tool every week, and yet there are still tumbleweeds of cat hair flying around the apartment within seconds of sweeping.

Also he has dandruff.

Our roommates cats delight in sitting on high furniture as we vacuum, only to descend IMMEDIATELY when we're done to roll around on the carpet. I don't know if it's because a de-furrified carpet is more comfy to roll around on or because the carpet is obviously now LACKING in fur, but I'm told that cats fresh from the Taxidermy shop tend to shed less. x.x

sounds like our cats. One thing you might want to look into (if you haven't yet) is fish oil supplements or whatever for Solomon. We started giving some to our furry idiots due to Ms. Ethel's constipation issues, and they no longer have any dandruff.

Our worst shedder/dandruff cat (also puker, ugh) turned out to be allergic to his food. Changing his diet has helped a lot with all 3 symptoms. Although, it also made him gain yet more weight which he really didn't need to add. :(
