Oddly enough.. I almost got a look at a friends lung a few years back. They'd been in and gotten a "lobe"? of their removed after it tumorized/abscessed/something-awful-sounding and I ran into the doc who was walking around w/ the removed part in a bucket. I declined to take a peek, tho he seemed to be wanting to show it off...
