1) Lunch is fighting with me. I think it wants back out.

2) Should I go for a heavier-gauge earring? Right now I'm sporting 14g, and I'm considering going down to a 12g or 10g.

3) Getting the keys to the new place tomorrow, moving my roommate in this weekend. Next weekend: Me!

stick with a post in your ear. elsewhise, when you're in a nursing home in 40 years your enemies can just reach an arthritic finger through the sagging pouch that was once your ear lobe and rip it open because you keep insisting that Helloween is better than Krokus.

1) Don't let lunch win--show it you're the boss.

2) Go for it.

3) Shiny new digs=win! Moving during Worldcon=fail!

I suggest against jumping from 14 to 10 gauge in one go unless a professional will do it for you. Additionally, your ears will be quite sore for a couple of days with even the 2-ga jump. That said, go for it. I haven't decided what my end-gauge will be -- possibly 4ga. :)

Still pissed that you're missing Montreal.

I'd say... Jump straight to the 7/16.
It doesn't hert at all.
