The lipsynching has always been astonishingly bad, but the autotuning has become more and more obvious as the episodes have gone on.
It's like they don't know how to deal with "live" performances, even though that's the whole premise of the show. (Mind you, they don't seem to give a toss how glee clubs/high school choirs work, either, so complaining about 'reality' is probably unrealistic on my part. :p)
