That's it. Officially moved out of the hotel.

Problem: Apartment is a superfund site. cats went apeshit. Broken glass. Everything in boxes. Furniture knocked over. Cardboard everywhere.

ETA: Oh, motherfucking ew! Someone POOPED IN THEIR FOOD DISH. Ew ew ew ew ew!

2/27/10

What a stunningly busy day. Roomie and I moved back in in the (way early) morning, spent *mumblety*hundred dollars in an epic, two-cart Target spree in the afternoon, and spent the evening grocery and wine shopping. Now, unpacking while concurrently beginning the epic cleanocaust!

We are now both utterly broke. It's corn and bean tacos for dinner for the immediate future. Good thing I put that mattress on a credit card, usurious as they are.

In other news that should surprise nobody, Minerva peed all over my shoes sometime last night. Not just on the outside, but in them as well. You know what's almost impossible? Getting cat pee smell out of leather boots that have been besmirched from the inside out and marinating for a day or two.

From across the living room, my roommate managed to nail me right in the meat and two veg with a Zitner's Butter Krak Egg. It was quite an impressive shot, considering I was seated and she was looking in the other direction. She claims it was an accident, but I have my doubts.
