One of the joys of being a grownup is you can eat whatever you want for dinner whenever you want.

I still have a bunch of cornmeal left, and some shortening, which means I can make tacos again.

And I have eggs, and I can buy chorizo, and there were some nice tomatillos at the market the other day that may still be there. Plus cilantro, onion and garlic makes a wicked salsa.

I think... I think it's breakfast tacos for dinner tonight, folks.
