I hear that bedbugs have escaped from the hotels and movie theaters and have recently been found on the NYC subways, living in the train seats. I have to assume that the CDC will now be building a giant wall around the city, and to keep the contagion contained they will shoot any poor infested souls attempting to escape. Eventually, I suspect, the nuclear option will be exercised.
