You know, sometimes it's exciting how much flavor you can get out of the most simple ingredients. Fresh, roasted peppers don't need anything but a splash of vinegar to make them sing in a true explosion of flavor. Spinach with a little butter and a scattering of sliced garlic doesn't need anything else, and the chicken... well, as proteins go skinless and boneless chicken breast isn't very exciting, but searing it and baking it keeps it reasonably moist, and the tzatziki sauce helps emolliate what remains of the dryness.
