Mar. 4th, 2012 12:17 amCatt Murdock will chase Minerva and Oona around. Oona is genuinely terrified and will run and hide, while Minerva is just kind of irritated, and will only run off a few steps before stopping, growling, and daring Catt Murdock to try it again.
Catt Murdock did try to chase Solomon a few times, but has since given up. He doesn't really react, seeing as he has about as much to fear from Catt Murdock as a windshield fears a firefly. If he's feeling really sporting he may give a halfhearted shrug, but usually not even that. I actually saw her charge him, then veer off at the last moment and crash full tilt into the wall. Apparently running into a wall, facefirst and at full steam, is desireable to impacting the feline version of the Immovable Bulk.
ETA: Hah! Solomon just detected a forgotten cat treat underneath the piece of cat furniture Catt Murdock has claimed as her perch. He wedged his head under it and simply lifted it up with his neck, hoovered up the treat, and then sat there chewing for a few moments with the furniture and Catt Murdock both canted up in the air at a precarious angle. Then he dropped it and walked away. Catt Murdock just stared at me the whole time, confused and frightened. I'm telling you, Solomon is not so much a cat as a cat ogre.
