I think if they put her in a red wig, it will totally work. I pictured her as slightly older, but OTOH I have no idea how old these pictures are.
Also I'm loving the actress they cast for Brienne, while she is way less ugly than the actual Brienne (but then again peter dinklage is less ugly than Tyrion, they are "Tv ugly"), I love that they actually got a giant lady!
