Today: Went to Target, Kohl's, Michael's, Local 44, Springfield Diner. Chased a bat out of a friend's apartment. Well, I say "chased" but I nudged it across the floor with a swiffer as it squeaked indignantly until I got it out a fire door. Then Catt Murdock decided she longed for the great outdoors and made a break for it as I was returning from the bat rodeo. She got as far as the neighbor's porch, tried to run back inside my place but I had closed the door, ran back onto the neighbor's porch and then meowed at me until I picked her up and brought her back inside.

So, it's been a full(ish) day. I'm shifting my Friday fast to tomorrow, and I plan to spend all Sunday cleaning and hungering.
