I hate having to break in new Docs. But I love having new Docs.

So glad it's not just me. I gave up wearing them because I'd always gotten the impression that they were the most comfortable thing ever, right from the start. They hurt so much any time I tried a pair that I just stopped trying any.

They become super-comfortable, but you pay for it up front with days of pain.

That being said, I wear almost nothing else nowadays. My feet have all the right callouses for their classic lines.
