yagathai... I agree with the outcome of the recent Prop 8 ruling, and while I don't entirely agree with the reasoning that the judge used, still: Good result, high fives all around.
Also, if you read the decision, it is stunning almost to the point of hilarious surreality what a halfassed, piss-poor job the proponents of Prop 8 did in defending their position. I mean, I don't agree with them and I feel like I could have come up with a half-dozen different approaches to the problem that they could have used instead of what they actually said.
