Going to roast a chicken tonight. Debating on whether to do a lemon-rosemary flavor or something with a bit more zing, like hot peppers and garlic.
Hm. I could stuff it with lemon and garlic, grind up some lemon confit and rosemary and pink peppercorn to rub under the skin. Do a lemon, yoghurt and garlic sauce. And a nice risotto with... hm. I could do a spicy risotto, with shrimp and thai peppers. That might be nice.
