Didn't turn out quite as well as I'd like, but it wasn't bad -- I just need to fiddle with the proportions a bit. My yoghurt dipping sauce came out waaaay too salty -- I must have tipped too much salt in there without noticing -- so I had to cut it down with ricotta, resulting in a weak-flavored sauce.
