Cowboy boots are a sensible investment that you will wear for many years. They never go out of style.

However, I am unsure about the "designer" aspect of these boots you are eying. Cowboy boots should be Justin, Ariat or Lucchese. In that order.

Not a problem. You can slide these over your boots in wet weather.

I've always thought so, too. But they really are the gold standard for waterproofing boots. Horse trainers use them in mud and rain because it kinda sucks to try to school horses in rubber rain boots- they don't fit in stirrups properly. The Tinglys fit so snugly over regular boots you hardly know they are on. (Unlike other rubber protectors.)
