yagathaiToday has been spent observing my cats react to the interloper, eating chinese take-out and feeling sorry for myself. It has not been the best-ever use of my time. Oh, I did setup DNS and install Wordpress on my new website, www.vanhelder.com. There's nothing there now but the default WP template, so don't get excited. Soon, though, soon.
Oona is afraid of the new hire, and spends all of her time hoping she won't get close and watching, always watching.
Minerva is slightly curious and mostly indifferent, or at least that's how she takes pains to appear. She has, however, been sticking close by to me all day, and been very desireous of attention and treats and headscratchings. Methinks someone is insecure.
Solomon just wants to be friends, which is a pity because Catt Murdock wants nothing to do with this strange, socially tone-deaf behemoth. She growls and hisses, and Solomon retreats in hurt confusion and demands that I pet him until he feels better.
