Anyone know if/where I can get black chicken in Philly? I want to give it a try.
ETA: When I say "get", I mean "source the ingredient", not "eat at a restaurant that serves it". Though I want to do that too, I guess.

Date: 2010-05-13 06:36 pm (UTC)It's a somewhat uncommon breed of small chicken with silky white feathers, black skin, black bones, very dark meat and what is reportedly a unique flavor. They're supposedly a great pet chicken as well.
