Anyone know if/where I can get black chicken in Philly? I want to give it a try.

ETA: When I say "get", I mean "source the ingredient", not "eat at a restaurant that serves it". Though I want to do that too, I guess.

That is what I mean, yes. The winning dish included chopped up monkfish liver that was cooked, seasoned, and served inside the skin of a black chicken leg (with foot attached). It was really something.
