Nov. 17th, 2010 10:57 pmHam is delicious the next day. And actually, so is my mustard. It wasn't very good last night, but has much improved after a day in the fridge. I should have hit it with the immersion blender to smooth out the diced garlic, but otherwise I can't complain.
I wonder what would happen if I mixed some with my onion-pear confit? Is that... is that mad science? Do I dare? Do I... do I dare not?
